Parasailing is fun but it is a little bit pricey, during low season a 3 minute ride will run you (1000 Baht), high season can run from 1500 -- 2000 Baht. Jet Ski rental is very popular and also pricey at Patong Beach; just be cautious on who you rent from, having insurance is always a wise choice. Beach chairs rental can cost up to 200 Baht, best bet is just bring a large beach towel. Over the years I really have not seen must different between the seasons, each and every day the beach is very crowded and congested.
