Has anyone trained at the Lamai beach muay thai camp?
whats the standard like? how do they train you? do you recommend it? I’m heading to koh samui tomorrow and i’m considoring checking it out.
i do muay thai, and for me training is different than u, but i havnt been to Lamai beech. But i suggest muay thai strongly. Give it a try, i bet they give you a free first lesson.
